4Flix.Net™ is a service of Word.Net Communications, established to provide downloadable feature-length movies, classic television shows, independent films and free cartoons in pristine DRM-free, AVC/H.624 iPod video compatible format.
Our video podcasts are completely free, as are many of the cartoons and short films available in our store. These provide visitors with a sample of the encoding quality of our videos. Unless otherwise noted, all of our videos are encoded in pristine AVC/H.264 format using multiple passes on high-end Apple G5 processors. The advantages of AVC/H.264 codec are illustrated in the chart below:
The feature-length movies, TV shows and independent films available here are just $1.99 each to download, with an affordable $99/year annual subscription now available.
